A selection is announced for the following vacant positions in the Center for Research of Privatization and State Assets Management Problems under the State Assets Management Agency.

Vacant positions:
- Leading researcher of the division “Research of problems of corporate governance and attraction of investments by issuing shares and bonds”;
- Senior researcher of the division “Development of scientific and methodological foundations and monitoring of privatization processes”;
- Senior researcher of the division “Improvement of methodology of financial rehabilitation of economically insolvent enterprises and bankruptcy procedures”;
- Senior researcher of the division “Research of problems in state assets management”.
Qualification requirements for the candidate:
- Having higher education and academic degree in economics (Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Candidate of Science, Doctor of Science (DSc)), age not more than 45 years;
- Availability of published scientific papers and articles in the areas of privatization, state asset management, corporate governance, insolvency, valuation and real estate activities and/or have at least 3 years of work experience in a scientific organization, higher educational institutions;
- knowledge of Uzbek and Russian languages at the reading and writing level (English is welcome);
- knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel at the level of qualified user.
