In accordance with the announcement of the State Assets Management Agency on Septembert 17 of this year, on the acceptance of Binding Offers (BO) for the purchase of the 100% state share in the the authorized capital of "Uz-Koram Company" LLC (hereinafter - the "Asset"), the following is reported:
According to the requests of potential investors to provide additional time for a comprehensive analysis of financial and economic activities and technical condition of the Asset in the preparation of a binding offers, as well as based on the recommendation of the consultant on privatization “Portfolio Investments”, all applicants are informed about the extension of the deadline for receipt of Binding Offers (BO) for the purchase of the Asset until 18:00 (Tashkent time) on November 5, 2024.
All other information of the previously published announcement about the stage of acceptance of Binding Offers (BO) remains unchanged.
