As announced previously, the shareholders of the company are offered to purchase state blocks of shares of the following grain enterprises, the sale of which is organized within the framework of the relevant Presidential Decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In turn, if the shareholders of the companies refuse to purchase the state block of shares, these shares will be put up for stock exchange trades on RFB “Tashkent”.

Moreover, according to the relevant decision of the State Commission for Privatization and Coordination of Privatization Processes, the second stage of the sales process of 93.5% block of shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Qiziltepa un zavodi” and 94.4% block of shares in the authorized capital of JSC “ Jizzax don mahsulotlari” has been completed.

At this stage the price offers of participants on acquisition of state assets, terms of their fulfillment and solvency were evaluated. According to the relevant decision of the State Commission on Privatization, the winners of the sales were recognized:

• “Sherbek Kelajagi” LLC, which offered the highest repurchase price of 17.4 billion UZS for 93.5% state block of shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Qiziltepa Un Zavodi”.
• Khujabekov Shavkat Jumanovich, who offered the highest purchase price of 40.8 billion UZS for 94.4% state block of shares in the authorized capital of JSC “Jizzax don mahsulotlari”.

Besides, the buyers undertake to keep the main activity of the enterprises for the period of not less than 5 years, not to reduce the existing capacities on grain storage and in accordance with the legislation to fulfill the obligations on grain storage for state reserves on the terms of concluded contracts.
